Standard Shipping

calvinklein.co.nz offers free standard shipping to New Zealand on all orders of NZD$100 or more. For orders below NZD$100, a shipping rate of NZD$10 applies. All orders are shipped via DHL, with final delivery handled by Aramex.

To track your order after dispatch enter your DHL consignment # beginning AUEMMPVH on the DHL WebTrack website. DHL has partnered with Aramex for deliveries within NZ. Once your order arrives in NZ an additional tracking number will become available within the details tab of your consignment on the DHL website.  This number will start with MX and reference delivery by Aramex. This MX number can then be used to track your delivery within NZ via the  Aramex NZ website. The DHL site will also continue to update the progress of your delivery.

Please note: orders typically dispatch our warehouse within 1-2 business days outside of sale periods.

All goods are shipped from Australia. If the total value of your order (or separate orders placed within a short period such as a week) is over NZD $1,000, you will be required to pay additional customs clearance charges once the goods arrive in New Zealand which can be significant and includes GST, VAT, Import Duty, IETF and MPI Levy. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for all additional import duties, taxes or other charges.

How do I track my order?

When we have dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping notification email with a link to the relevant partner carrier's website to track your order's progress.
