Terms & Conditions:  

1. This is one combined promotion open to eligible residents of Australia and New Zealand. All eligible entries received from participating stores in both countries will be captured through Lefty and combined into a single-entry pool.
2. Only one entry is permitted per person across the entire combined promotion. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected, regardless of whether it was submitted in Australia or New Zealand.
3. One winner only will be selected at random from the combined entry pool.
4. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
5. Entry is open only to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years and over. Directors or employees of the promoter or their immediate families, and third parties associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
6. Entry into this competition is free with no purchase required.
7. Eligible participants can enter by capturing a selfie in store with a mobile phone to showcase your new denim look. Share the content to Instagram via a story, reel or post tagging @calvinklein and use the hashtag #FeeltheFit.
8. Eligible participants Instagram accounts must be set to public.
9. The Promoter will capture eligible Instagram entries through the social media tracking platform Lefty.
10. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and will be excluded. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incorrect or misdirected entries.
11. For Australian participants, the promotion opens at 12:00 am AEST on 11 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 13 September 2026. For New Zealand participants, the promotion opens at 12:00 am NZST on 11 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm NZST on 13 September 2026.
12. The entry content must be captured at a participating store in the entrant's country during that store's activation and trading hours, and posted to Instagram within the applicable promotion period.
13. The combined draw will take place on 14 September 2026 at 12:00 pm AEST / 2:00 pm NZST at Level 8, 388 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The first valid entry randomly selected from the combined pool will be the sole winner. The winner will be randomly selected from the list of entrants.
14. The sole winner will be notified by Instagram direct message and their name will be published at www.calvinklein.com.au/terms-and-conditions & https://www.calvinklein.co.nz/terms-and-conditions within three business days of the draw date, for a period of 28 days.
15. If the selected entrant is ineligible or does not claim the prize within the stated claim period, the redraw will be conducted from the remaining eligible entries in the same combined Australian and New Zealand pool. Any redraw winner will also be the sole substitute winner and will be notified and published on both country pages.
16. The Promoter's decisions regarding eligibility, the validity of entries and the draw are final, subject to applicable law. The Promoter will act reasonably and fairly in administering the competition.
17. If a genuine error, inconsistency or ambiguity is identified, the Promoter may take reasonable steps to correct it, provided the correction does not materially prejudice an entrant or affect any right that cannot lawfully be excluded, subject to any required prior written approval from the WA Gaming and Wagering Commission.
18. The Promoter may disqualify an entrant if it reasonably believes that the entrant has tampered with the entry process, submitted an entry that does not comply with these terms, acted fraudulently or unlawfully, or submitted content that is offensive or infringes another person's rights. Where practicable, the Promoter will consider any explanation from the entrant before disqualification.
19. The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the competition only where reasonably necessary because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to correct a material error, or to comply with applicable law or a direction from a regulator. The Promoter will notify affected entrants as soon as reasonably practicable and take reasonable steps to minimise prejudice to existing entrants. Subject to any required prior written approval from the WA Gaming and Wagering Commission.
20. There is one prize and one winner only. If the winner is an Australian resident, the prize is one AU$500 Calvin Klein gift voucher redeemable at participating Calvin Klein stores in Australia. If the winner is a New Zealand resident, the prize is one NZ$500 Calvin Klein gift voucher redeemable at participating Calvin Klein stores in New Zealand.
21. The prize is subject to the local voucher conditions that the voucher, once activated, may only be exchanged for goods at Calvin Klein, Calvin Klein Underwear and Calvin Klein Jeans stores within the winner's country of residence, as specified in clause 20. You may use the full value or part thereof as payment. The amount of the purchase will be deducted from the balance of the Gift Card. No change can be given and any balance will remain on the card for future use. Subject to clause 32 goods purchased with this Gift Card may not be returned or exchanged for cash. This Gift Card is not redeemable for cash or other denominations of Gift Cards. Treat this Card as cash and keep secure as lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. This Card and any unspent value expires 3 years from date of issue and will be supplied without additional cost to the winner.
22. Participating stores include Calvin Klein Underwear Sydney Westfield, Calvin Klein Sydney World Square, Calvin Klein Parramatta Westfield, Calvin Klein Chatswood Chase, Calvin Klein Chadstone, Calvin Klein Maribyrnong Highpoint, Calvin Klein Melbourne Central, Calvin Klein Chermside Westfield, Calvin Klein Northland, Calvin Klein Karrinyup, Calvin Klein Queenstown and Calvin Klein Wellington.
23. If the stated prize is genuinely unavailable or cannot be supplied because of circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
24. Subject to clauses 23 and 32, the prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
25. The winner must claim the prize by 12:00 pm AEST / 3:00 pm NZDT on 28 September 2026. If the winner is ineligible or the prize is not claimed by that deadline, a redraw will take place on 29 September 2026 at 12:00 pm AEST / 3:00 pm NZDT at Level 8, 388 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, from the remaining eligible entries in the combined Australian and New Zealand pool.
26. In the event of a redraw occurring, the winner will be notified and advertised as described above within three business days of the redraw. The redraw winner must claim the prize by 5:00 pm AEDT / 7:00 pm NZDT on 13 October 2026. If the prize remains unclaimed at that deadline, the Promoter will retain it pending any further draw or other disposal permitted by applicable law and will obtain any required regulatory approval or directions.
27. A selected winner will forfeit the prize only if the person is ineligible, fails to provide reasonably requested verification, does not respond or claim the prize by the applicable claim deadline in clause 25 or clause 26 or materially breaches these terms. In that event, the prize will be dealt with in accordance with clauses 25 and 26, as applicable.
28. All out of pocket expenses, taxes, insurance, and all other ancillary costs not otherwise listed are the sole responsibility of the winner.
29. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the winner accepting the prize. Independent advice should be sought.
30. The prize winner must be at least 18 years of age at the time of prize redemption.
31. The Promoter will collect, use and disclose entrants' personal information as reasonably necessary to administer and verify entries, contact and announce the winner, and fulfil the prize. Marketing use requires the entrant's separate, optional consent and is not a condition of entry. 32. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for loss caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, but remains responsible for its own negligence, wilful misconduct and breach of law.
33. If the competition cannot be run as planned because of fraud, tampering, technical failure or another event beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may suspend, modify or cancel it to protect the fair and proper conduct of the competition, subject to applicable law and any direction from a regulator. The Promoter will notify affected entrants as soon as reasonably practicable. Subject to any required prior written approval from the WA Gaming and Wagering Commission.
34. Entrants must own their entry content or have all permissions needed to submit it. Entrants must obtain permission from every person shown and must not photograph other customers or staff in a common change-room area. Entrants retain ownership of their content and grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the entry only to administer, verify and announce this competition. Any broader advertising or product-marketing use requires separate consent.
35. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram from liability arising in connection with the promotion, to the extent permitted by law.
36. The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of the winner's identity, age and Australian or New Zealand residency to verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
37. The Promoters are PVH Brands Australia Pty Limited (ABN 15 165 485 290), Level 8, 388 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, and PVH Brands NZ Limited (NZBN 9429038200076), 157 Lambton Quay, Wellington Central, Wellington 6011, New Zealand, trading as Calvin Klein. PVH Brands Australia Pty Limited will issue and arrange for the prize voucher to be honoured at the eligible stores in the winner's country specified in clauses 20 and 21.
