Complimentary embroidery is available at Calvin Klein World Square and Calvin Klein Melbourne Central on Saturday, 12 September 2026, from 11:00am to 3:00pm local time. The offer applies to an eligible Calvin Klein denim garment purchased at the same participating store during the activation period. Customers should confirm eligibility with staff before purchase. Certain garments, materials, embroidery positions or designs may not be suitable for embroidery. A maximum of 50 complimentary embroidery services is available at each participating store, allocated in order of confirmed appointments or service slots while capacity remains. One complimentary embroidery service is available per eligible denim garment. The qualifying garment must be presented and the embroidery completed at the participating store on the day of the activation. Before embroidery begins, the customer must approve the final design, spelling and placement. Once embroidery has been completed, the design or placement cannot be changed. Customised or embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind. This does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer laws, including where the garment or embroidery service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee. The offer is not transferable and has no cash alternative. Calvin Klein may vary, suspend or cancel the activation where reasonably necessary because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This will not affect the rights of a customer who has already made a qualifying purchase. If the embroidery service cannot be supplied to such a customer, Calvin Klein will provide an appropriate remedy.
